Once the device is in place — it sticks to your upper arm using a soft, skin-friendly adhesive — you're just one press away. Tap the red button and the device gets to work. It creates a gentle suction that lifts your skin slightly, which helps minimize discomfort. Then, a very fine needle activates and draws a small amount of blood from the capillaries just below the surface.

The whole process? It wraps up in about five minutes. After that, all you need to do is remove the small blood collection tube, place it in the protective sleeve that comes with the kit, and drop it in the mail. Everything's prepped and ready for the lab from there.
